'Body As Canvas' is a body of work that depicts the artist's explorations of material with the human body. The project initially started with an exploration of material with the artist's own body, but gradually expanded to concepts that go beyond the self.

In this collection of images, the artist photographed friends and family who inspire her with their individuality, and in turn, each model depicted are pictured with specific narratives and concepts directed by the artist.
​
To push further the element of storytelling for each photograph, the artist created garments made of materials like stockings, boxers, bras, scrap fabric, cling wrap, fresh flowers, and ribbon, which are then worn with and on the models, each used with intention and unique symbolism.
